Ce groupe d’actions est formé de participants volontaires vêtus d’uniformes identiques. Une première partie du projet a été réalisée à Montréal du 11 mai au 11 juin 2011. La base des opérations était établie à la Galerie de l'UQAM. Les participants s'y réunissaient sur rendez-vous, recevaient des consignes et sortaient accomplir des actions dans les espaces publics, privés et commerciaux.
